We’ll be bringing our food and love of great hospitality to this incredible celebration of Santa Fe’s vibrant culinary scene. It’s an amazing day filled with delicious food, fantastic wine, and the best of what our community has to offer.

Named for the year El Rancho de las Golondrinas opened as a living history museum! This flavorful burger is topped and packed with Hatch green chile, onion, and green chile–cured bacon, topped with Asadero cheese and green chile aioli on a toasted bolillo roll. This Cheeseburger is available to try Wednesday–Sunday, 10–3 at El Rancho de las Golondrinas. what THE truck was nominated for three 2026 Business Excellence Awards at the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce's Business Achievement Awards ceremony — Overall Business, Medium Business, and Green Business — and took home the win in the Medium Business category. The ceremony, held at the historic Scottish Rite Temple, celebrated business leaders, entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, and community supporters making a real difference across Santa Fe.

Owner Victoria Bruneni's success in the catering world is due not only to the delicious food from her catering menu, but also the lasting impression of the experience. The success of What THE Truck has allowed Bruneni’s catering business to grow into two options, falling under Victoria’s Culinary Collection. WTT remains ideal for relaxed gatherings, but for elevated experiences she offers Bruneni Elevated Catering under the VCC umbrella.

She is the owner of What the Truck, a Santa Fe-based catering company that is donating 1,500 meals to faculty and staff at 30 Santa Fe schools between late December and the first week of January...

In the midst of a pandemic, one Santa Fe woman wants to do what she can to ensure everyone can get a proper meal. Whatever you can spare is all you need. “There’s so many people who have been affected by the pandemic,” said Chef Victoria Bruneni. Bruneni works as a chef at the Santa Fe Airport Grill and she also owns her own food truck, but she wanted to do more...

Our club has nominated Club member Victoria Bruneni's What the Truck food service for District 5520's 2021 Sonny Brown Award.   Victoria runs her Santa Fe Airport-based business in accordance with the principles of Rotary's 4-way test.  She treats her customers and employees with honesty and goodwill and sells quality products at a fair price.  During the Covid crisis, her What the Truck restaurant has provided meals to more than 5,000 front-line workers at Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center.

Victoria Bruneni wears many hats. In Santa Fe, it’s not uncommon for the answer to “What do you do?” to involve two or three totally disparate jobs. When you peek into a food truck, you may find yourself wondering who these culinary nomads are and what they do when they’re not serving you mobile tacos. Sometimes, the answer is a lot.
